Mitsun’s Pneumatic Cleaners are very easy to operate. The volumes of seeds to be cleaned are set through a vane type feeder by setting it through a hinged gate in multiple installations. This feeder uniformly controls the group drive from a variable space transmission.
Through the upper shaker cotton balls / Sunflower Seed / dust material / Ground nut / Soybean Seed are separated. The cleaned seed is discharged from the lower shaker directly into strong uniform air currents which rise vertically in the aspiration chamber.
As the seed travels horizontally and loosely toward the screen panel, light trash, loose lint and shell are carried off by the low velocity air currents in the expansion chamber section. When the seeds impinge on the screen panel, the imbedded sand and dirt along with additional shell matter, is permitted to pass through the screen and is collected and discharge by the screw conveyor at the rear on the panel. These are being conveyed to the stoner to remove twigs, black seed, stones, stems and other debris is sorted free of the seed The incoming air to the aspiration chamber is used to again deflect the mass of the grey seed that is discharged from the rotary valve below the screen panel and here additional cleaning is done.
